Hey, I have started twisting balloons more seriously this Summer. On Tuesday's between 5:30pm - 6:30pm
you can find me at the Cascade Applebee's twisting balloons for boys and girls. There is a "Kids Eat FREE" special along with $3 drafts and $4 Margaritas.
